Bookings & Appointments

All bookings are confirmed verbally or by text/email. A booking is considered confirmed once we have agreed a date, time and location. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

Pricing

Prices are as listed on this website and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition and location. We will always confirm the final price before commencing work. Additional charges may apply for vehicles in exceptional condition requiring extra time or materials.

Payment

• Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash and bank transfer
• For trade and fleet contracts, payment terms will be agreed in writing prior to commencement

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a call-out charge
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in the event of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances

Access & Conditions

• You are responsible for ensuring we have safe and reasonable access to your vehicle at the agreed time and location
• Please ensure the vehicle is accessible and that any valuables are removed prior to our arrival
• We require access to a water supply and power supply for certain services — please confirm availability when booking

Vehicle Condition & Liability

We take the greatest care with every vehicle. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage, scratches, chips or marks not caused by our work
• Damage resulting from faulty or loose trims, badges or fittings
• Items left in the vehicle during the valet

Any concerns must be raised at the time of service. We hold appropriate public liability insurance.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the standard of work, please raise this before we leave. We will endeavour to rectify any issues on the spot. Retrospective complaints made after the service is complete and paid for will be considered at our discretion.

Trade & Fleet Contracts

Trade and fleet customers are subject to separately agreed contract terms. These terms serve as the baseline unless superseded by a written contract agreement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be published on this page.
