All prices quoted are estimates based on information provided at the time of enquiry. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Acceptance of a quotation constitutes agreement to these terms. Works will not commence until a formal quotation has been accepted in writing (email accepted).
Once a quotation is accepted, a scheduled date will be agreed. We will endeavour to meet all agreed dates. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we will provide as much notice as possible and agree a suitable alternative.
Cancellation of agreed works with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation charge to cover any costs already incurred, including materials ordered and time allocated. We reserve the right to charge up to 25% of the agreed quotation value in such cases.
Certain domestic electrical works are delivered in partnership with certified subcontractors to ensure full regulatory compliance. All subcontractors are vetted and hold appropriate qualifications and certifications. Artifis remains your single point of contact throughout.
All works carried out by Artifis are completed to a professional standard. Any defects arising directly from our workmanship within 12 months of completion will be rectified at no additional charge, subject to inspection. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by third parties, misuse or normal wear and tear.
Our liability is limited to the value of the works carried out. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from our services. Artifis holds appropriate public liability insurance.
In the event of a dispute, we ask that you contact us directly in the first instance to resolve the matter. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be published on this page.
